Job Description


Execution of day to day sales activities such as attending and following up on enquiries, providing sales and customer supports. Responsible for account sales, execution and implementation of planned activities Work closely with operational staff and maintain fruitful relationship with existing/new contacts Manage existing accounts and follow up new business opportunities. Order processing through ERP system Liaise with various departments to ensure customers request and expectations are met Handle enquiries and resolve product / service issues Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
"O" Levels / NITEC / Higher - NITEC Able to multi-task and work under pressure Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good customer service Basic Computer Skills
