Job scope: Customer Service OfficerPerform retail duties attending to customers enquiries and providing excellent customers serviceTo greet walk-in customers, enquire about their needs and offer assistanceTo answer phone calls, fix and follow up with new appointmentsCashiering dutiesConduct stock takes, stock packing and organizing of stocksProvide general sales administrative support to accountant for daily, weekly sales reportTo assist in daily operationsRequirementsCandidate must possess at least primary/secondary school/'N' or 'O' Olevel, professionalCertificate/Nitec in any fieldAble to converse fluently in English or MandarinWell groom with self-motivated personalityFriendly and approachableStrong passion in handling customers or salesPossess good communication skills and positive attitudeOnly available to Singaporean/PRWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidate will be notified
