Job descriptionWe are looking for someone who is 100% customer-oriented, empathetic, and filled with positive energy to join our team.You will be key to making tens of thousands of people happy and satisfied customers!Sounds like a tall order? It isn't! Simply reply to our customers promptly and give them your listening ear.Responsibilities: You will spend most of your time answering email enquiries from the public and members. Calls are usually handled by another department. When required, call our members to better understand their requests. When the need arises, help attend to online chat/social media requests. Support marketing efforts by making outbound calls.Requirements: Applicants with no prior experience are welcome! Must possess excellent spoken and written English and the ability to speak other local languages is a plus (to liaise with customers) Familiarity with computer, cloud and mobile applications is a MUST Having a class 3/3A/2B/2A/2 license would be a strong plus Basic computing proficiency in office applications
