Job Description


1) Coordinate adhoc / consolidation booking with customer and booking of space with airline. 2) Coordinate rates quotation with airline and provide rates to sales team for quotation to customer. 3) Monitor consolidations for various destination, monitor on the space and rates. 4) Send flight schedules to customer upon confimation. 5) Arrange adhoc cargo service for customers. (Fumigation, DG declaration and packing, wooden crate packing) 6) Check uplift of shipment after lodgement to terminal. 7) Send permits and AWB to customer after flight departed. 8) Raise amendment if any to airline and destination agent. 9) Raise monitoring reports for some customer to monitor rates and load. 10) Suggest solution for customer base on their shipping needs. (Training will be provided, assistance will be given by superior.) 11) Communicate with Sales/accounts team regarding quotation and billing matters. 13) Coordinate adhoc coload booking from other coloaders. 14) To solve any problem that may arise for export cargo with destination agents.
