About Joven Electric (S) Pte LtdEstablished in 1983 in Malaysia, Joven Electric was the 1st Malaysian electric water heater manufacturer.Our vision is to be the top water heater brand in Asia, offering a wide range of lifestyle appliances with innovative features that matter most to families.Our presence in Singapore was established in 1995, and we are located at Blk 10 Ubi Crescent, Ubi Techpark.For more information on our company and products, please visit: [ Link removed ] We have a job opening for a Customer Service Officer for our office in Ubi.Role & Responsibilities Receive & process orders and service requests via phone enquiries Handle & resolve customer enquiries and feedback in a timely & professional manner Take ownership of customer complaints and take necessary actions to prevent reoccurrence Have a working knowledge of products and able to communicate this to customers Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers for maximum customer satisfaction Any ad-hoc duties assignedRequirements Patient and customer-service-oriented Excellent & effective communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written) Meticulous with excellent attention to detail Possess positive attitude to navigate challenging situations & scenarios Able to multi-task and handle stress Self-motivatedOther Information Working hours: 0830 to 1730hrs (Mon-Fri), 0830 to 1230hours (alternate Sat), no OT 13 months pay Monthly Remuneration: basic salary (depends on experience) + transport allowance ($100) + variable allowance (depends on performance) Annual bonus: depends on company performance Annual leave: 12 days (increases by 2 days for every 2 years of employment) Medical coverage: up to $150 per year for medical reimbursement Probation: 1 month
