Job Description


As our front-line service team, you will attend to savings/fixed deposit account transactions, online VIVID account, safe deposit boxes and other counter services.

Requirements

  • At least GCE 'O' level or Higher NITEC
  • At least 2 years of experience as a front line service team, preferably in banks.
  • IT savvy as you will be required to handle the online VIVID account applications.
  • Able to speak Mandarin to serve Chinese speaking customers
  • Good attitude with a flair for customer service

Working Hours You will be required to work on 5.5 days work week. Saturday will be from 8.45am to 1pm. You are eligible to enjoy one Saturday off in a month.

Those without banking experience, but have good customer service experience may apply.
