Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the daily store opening/ closing
  • Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and/or complains
  • Registering and updating orders and sales on the system
  • Keeping the premises clean and maintaining optimal operating conditions
  • Maintaining constant and cordial communication with customers
  • Arranging pick-ups and delivery of clothings to laundry

Requirements:
  • Must be proactive and able to take initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of mobile apps on a user level
  • Knowledge of PC, email, Excel, and Word on a user level
