Familiar with procedures and policies for individual Customers
Excellent time management, follow-up, prioritization skills and self-independent at work.
Completion daily work task required for Manager-In-Charge. Daily Operations Support Sheet, WO and Invoices. Not leaving any uncompleted task for the day.
Swift responds to all Customers issues. Complaints, enquires, replying emails professionally.
Ability to write and communucate well in English.
Accept changes to work procedure, working time to cooperate with the Ops team
6 days work week and able to complete daily priority work within the day.
Able to work night shift of 12 hours.
Familiar with Singapore Roads and Traffic rules.
