Job Description

Requirements: - GCE N-level and above preferred- Minimum 1 year of working experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Mandarin- Cheerful, out-going personality and customer service orientated- Well organized individual with keen attention to details- Good Time management and problem-solving skills- Proactive self-starter with great initiative and the ability to work independently- Able to Multi-tasked and work well in a fast-paced environment- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin /other Mother Tongue Language will be an added advantageResponsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls on the Service hotline
  • Attend to Customer queries and schedule appointments with services teams
  • Provide solutions and alternatives to customers
  • Attend daily / weekly meetings for troubleshooting
  • Assist Supervisors to resolve daily operation issues
