Job Description


The responsibilities are as follow: 1. Handle incoming calls 2. Attend to customers at the counters 3. Issue GR, DO, Cash Sales & Release Notes 4. Check status of customers’ goods & revert to them 5. Liaise with the Production on the status of customers’ goods 6. Preparing of certificates 7. General filing 8. Ad Hoc job rotation

Requirements 1. Pleasant personality & able to multitask 2. Able to speak & write basic English & Mandarin 3. Able to work without supervision 4. Basic knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office)
