Our client is a government related organisation, one of the leading players in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Customer Service Officers to be part of their Customer service team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.Responsibilities of Customer Service Officers: Managing feedback and enquiries via phone, email, social media and/or live chat. Generate feedback reports. Work closely with operations, product and technology teams, among others.
