Perform over-the-counter customer service duties which includes but not limited to customers' enquiries, complaints and processing of the submission of documents. 3. Follow up of inward and outward referrals and must be prepared to handle cash payments. 4. Perform any other ad hoc administrative duties as and when assigned. Requirements 1. Diploma / ITE / GCE O' Level. 2. Working experience in Customer Service from the hospitality industry such as aviation, hotel, food & beverage will be an added advantage. 3. One who delights in serving people and have customer service orientation. 4. Pleasant and confident personality. 5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. 7. Willing to work staggered shift and on alternate Saturday. Other Information . Working Location : Toa Payoh . Work Staggered Shift Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm, 9.30am to 6.30pm, 10.30am to 7.00pm, 11.00am to 8.00pm Benefits .
