Job Description

Objective: To manage the conference centre & reception desk at the client's corporate office facilities. Job Responsibilities: * Manage reception counter at entrance. * Have the Conference Centre and Concierge Counter up and running by business Objective: To manage the conference centre & reception desk at the client's corporate office facilities. Job Responsibilities: Manage reception counter at entrance. Have the Conference Centre and Concierge Counter up and running by business operating hours. Ensure all facilities within the Conference Centre are in functional and good condition. Ensure general cleanliness of conference centre. Attend to users' enquiries via email and phone calls. Deliver a customer-oriented service standard and create a positive and professional attitude. Prepare Meeting Room Utilization Report. Any other assigned duties by the Reporting Manager. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma Warm, friendly, confident and positive personality Able to work independently with minimum supervision Proficient in MS Office
