Ensure all facilities within the Conference Centre are in functional and good condition. Ensure general cleanliness of conference centre. Attend to users' enquiries via email and phone calls. Deliver a customer-oriented service standard and create a positive and professional attitude. Prepare Meeting Room Utilization Report. Any other assigned duties by the Reporting Manager. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma Warm, friendly, confident and positive personality Able to work independently with minimum supervision Proficient in MS Office
