Job Description


Customer service officer are often our primary point of contact with our company. The duties and responsibilities of a CSO include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads which in return sales team will handle
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints/issues , provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and built a strong service review for the company
Requirement:
  • A positive attitude
  • Strong in language and communicating
