DESIGNATION : Customer Service Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
FairPrice Group operates the largest supermarket chain and the largest cooked food hawker and cafeteria chain in Singapore. At FairPrice Group, we are committed to make lives better for our customers, community, environment and employees. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be ambassador of FairPrice Group to deliver good service to customers who need assistance with their purchases.
You are responsible for managing feedback and enquiries via phone, email, social media and/or live chat. You may also be required to generate feedback reports. You are expected to work closely with various stakeholders which includes but not limited to the operations, product and technology teams, as well as logistics vendors in coordination of customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level with customer service experience
  • Working knowledge in systems such as Zendesk or SAP is an advantage
  • Independent, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in excel
  • Past working experience in call centre is an advantage

Others:
  • Working days: 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
  • Working hours: 3 rotating shifts (8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm)
  • Working Location: Joo Koon (Fairprice Hub)
