Storefriendly is one of Singapore\'s leading provider of self-storage solutions with 8 branches spaning the island. The Group is looking for motivated, dynamic and friendly individuals to join the Team to support its expansion initiatives:
OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Job Scope
- Support the Sales Team in driving rental of storage units, with the aim of improving the Group\xe2\x80\x99s occupancy rate and profitability
- Drive the sales of associated products such as merchandise
- Conduct site viewings and maintain necessary communication with the Sales Team and enquiries
- Administrative documentation such as agreements, storage declarations and others
- Ensure timely payments by customers
- Ensure respective Site is well-maintained and prompt fault reporting to the relevant team
- Preparation and submissions of various reports as required
- 5.5 day work week and position may involve postings to different branches
- Eligible for performance incentive
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Cooperative and supportive team member
- Friendly, positive and solution-oriented disposition
- "O" level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferred
- Sales and/or customer service training/experience preferred.
- Knowledge/experience in self-storage operations advantageous
- Immediate availability preferred
