Responsibilities
  • Attend to sales calls and enquires
  • Generate pick up list, sales invoices and delivery orders
  • Coordinate sales orders with sales, production, logistic teams and drivers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Liaise with customers for processing of sales orders, coordinate and perform inwards and outward documentation
  • Process sales order and delivery order for various customers
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics and warehouse to achieve on timely deliveries
  • Provide positive customer interface in coordinating the resolution of all customer issues
  • Responsible for the administration and sales support for the sales department
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned
Requirements
  • GCE O\xe2\x80\x99 Level/ NITEC/ Diploma
  • With 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proactive and positive working attitude
  • Meticulous with good organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Required to work alternate saturday, 5.5days
