Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Report to Customer Service Assistant Manager
  • \xef\xbb\xbfAttend enquiries of walk-in customers, \xef\xbb\xbfService Helpdesk calls, and \xef\xbb\xbfonline Service Request.
  • Perform Cashiering/ closing and Point-of Sales function.
  • Processing of Service Contracts, including Prospecting, Job Scheduling, Payment, Updating.
  • Assist in Parts Ordering, Issuing, Receipt and administer Agents Commission Claims.

Requirements:-
  • Minimum A Level and above
  • \xef\xbb\xbfGood communication skills
