Job Description


Our Company is looking for Customer Service Officer to be in charge of customer service and day-to-day operations of the Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of day-to-day operations and redemption reports of the Centre
  • Delivery of quality customer service at the front desk
  • Plan and manage the movement of inventory
  • Receiving of stocks
  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries, understand and identify the requirements of the customer
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, any field
  • Training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and also team oriented
  • Meticulous with good organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Alternate 5/6 days\' work week (Alternate Saturdays, 10:30am-7:30pm)
  • Central location
