WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Act as point of contact between warehouse employees and customer on day to day orders fulfilment
  • Liaise with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
  • Preparation of reports and status updates to customer whenever necessary
  • Develop and maintain excellent services to internal and external stakeholders at all times
  • Ensure all customer\'s request and enquires are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error
  • Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery
  • Perform timely and accurate billing
  • Other duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of experience in the same industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to cope with high volume of work
