Job Description
Customer Service Officer $3000 - $3500 per month Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work in a prestigious condominium in District 9
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attend to residents inquiries and requests and perform them in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
- Assist residents in the booking of facilities, taxi booking, handling couriers, and any other assistance they may require
- Handle calls and receiving parcels for residents
- Liaise with residents on setting up function room/area
- Ensure that the Reception Area is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor
