Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Customer Service Counter;
  • To manage the day-to-day feedbacks/complains;
  • To coordinate with Asset Management Team on withdrawal and return of vouchers and premiums;
  • Assist in administering and submit report at the end of each promotion;
  • Ensure that manual forms and online forms tally every day;
  • To ensure promotions stock available for daily promotions;
  • To assist in administering token for the bookings of BBQ pits;
  • To assist in administering social media contest; and
  • Any other duties assigned as part of the Customer Service Officer\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level passes and/or proficient in English;
  • Able to commit work in Shifts, on Weekends and Public Holidays is a MUST and 5.5 days work per week;
  • Able to work in Non-Air Conditioned Environment;
  • Job Location at East, Tampines; and
  • Contract-basis.
