Customer Service Officer
Working location: Orchard
Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 6 days - Sundays and PH OFF
Working hours: outlet open from 11am to 8.30pm (Shift rotating 7-8 hours), depends outlets
Salary: $2000 -$2500 (depends experience)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Front Desk
- Handle incoming calls and phone enquiries
- Manage clients\' registrations, updating and keeping records
- Scheduling of patients\' appointments
- Performing cashiering duties
- Dispensing of products/medications
- Maintain inventory
- Sort, count, replenish product stock
- Assist manager in stock take process
- Maintain tidiness in dispensary area
- Handling purchase order and delivery order
