Job Description
Our Client : DHL Supply Chain Start Date : 19th Dec 2023 Contact Center for: MOH & HSG Work Location: DHL Supply Chain, 1 Greenwich Drive Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday through Sunday) \xe2\x80\x93 only 5 day work week. Contract Duration: 3 months to 6 months (Chances of conversion) 1st phase - to answer HSG calls for a period of one month 2nd phase - to answer both HSG and MOH calls Responsibilities:
- Intuitive communication and social skills
- A team-first mentality
- A strong sense of working autonomy
- The ability to task-switch in a fast-paced environment
- Rapid and on-the-go learning skills
- Good typing skills
- Be able to work on a laptop
- And comfortable navigating through Knowledge Management System
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
