Our Client : DHL Supply Chain Start Date : 19th Dec 2023 Contact Center for: MOH & HSG Work Location: DHL Supply Chain, 1 Greenwich Drive Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday through Sunday) \xe2\x80\x93 only 5 day work week. Contract Duration: 3 months to 6 months (Chances of conversion) 1st phase - to answer HSG calls for a period of one month 2nd phase - to answer both HSG and MOH calls Responsibilities:

  • Intuitive communication and social skills
  • A team-first mentality
  • A strong sense of working autonomy
  • The ability to task-switch in a fast-paced environment
  • Rapid and on-the-go learning skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Be able to work on a laptop
  • And comfortable navigating through Knowledge Management System
