Job Description

Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 8.30AM 5.30PM (Mon-Fri) / 8.30AM 12.30PM (Sat)
5.5 days / week Saturday will be WFH arrangement unless deem necessary to come back to office. (Transport provided at Nex Mrt station & Jurong East Mrt station)
Basic Up to $2500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- SAP (Operation System) Generating of sales order, purchase order and delivery order invoices
- Providing sales administrative support to the sales department
- Daily Order Entry / Taking orders from customers
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Handling of inbound phone calls and emails from clients
- Generating reports
- Othe adhoc duties
- Min G.C.E. N level or NITEC in any discipline
- No experience is welcome to apply (Training provided)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic computer Skill
