Job Highlights:
Basic Salary: Up to $3000
Working Hours: (5 days work week) Weekdays 2pm-10pm, Sunday 8:30am-6:30pm
Off Days: Wednesday and Saturday
Location: Bedok (Beside Bedok MRT)

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management in handling inquiries, updates or requests about the programs and services, and billing issues for parents, students and/or instructors.
Perform enrollment and registration of students.
Maintain accurate student records, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Manage class schedules and handle any changes in the schedule by communicating them to relevant parties.
Process collection of tuition fees and payments.
Provide support to assist with instructors\' administrative needs to ensure that instructors have the necessary materials and resources for teaching.
Record and track students\' attendance.
Ensure that the center is clean and well-maintained.
Any other ad-hoc general admin duties as assigned necessarily.
Requirements:
A Level/Diploma or above holders, entry level are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and administrative tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
