• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Attend to all walk-in enquiries from customers.
• Handle lost-and-found enquiries.
• Handle customers phone call enquiries.
• Ensure customer enquiry are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.
• Other ad-hoc customer service-related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 levels and above. Prior 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of working experience in customer service industry would be advantageous.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills; with pleasant and positive attitude.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
• Working location: 2 mins walk from UBI MRT.
• Able to commit to shifts.
• Willing to work on a 6 days work week \xe2\x80\x93 Retail hours: rotate between 11.30am \xe2\x80\x93 8pm, and 12.30pm \xe2\x80\x93 9pm with off on a fixed weekday.
