About Us: Swish! Swimming is a boutique swim school located in the lush surroundings of Dempsey area (local to Tanglin, Orchard Road). We are one of the best infant/young children Swim Schools in Singapore and are looking for a friendly, positive individual to join our ever-expanding Customer Service team. We are multicultural and have a fun team environment along with being a stable business where all employees were retained through COVID restrictions. Training will be given on all aspects of the role. Introduction Your role will be the first port of call for all new and existing clients and enquiries, both face to face, email, whatsapp and by telephone A positive outlook, smiley face and can-do attitude is important and contributes to being part of the Swish environment. Required Skills/Abilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Good at verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Customer Service orientated. \xe2\x97\x8f A good team player with a good work ethic. \xe2\x97\x8f Answering calls, emails (any communication) \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate between the coaches and clients as required \xe2\x97\x8f Have a good head for scheduling and task management. \xe2\x97\x8f Can multi task \xe2\x97\x8f A sound knowledge of computer packages like Microsoft Office Suite, Google (any sound knowledge of scheduling software) \xe2\x97\x8f Can work reliably alone or under pressure in an efficient and accurate manner \xe2\x97\x8f Enjoy liaising with clients directly face to face, phone or email \xe2\x97\x8f Invoicing clients using IClass (training will be given) \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain shop inventory \xe2\x97\x8f Social media is your thing \xe2\x97\x8f Organise parties and events \xe2\x97\x8f Full Vaccinated \xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to work weekends Education and Experience: Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience and two years Office/Branch/Shop Management experience.
