CUSTOMER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE (Tagore Industrial Lane (Direct Shuttle Bus To and From MRT Station) ($2.5k, Immediate) RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE The Customer Service/Sales Executive works towards achieving sales goals and setting up strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into customers and contribute to our company\'s rapid and sustainable growth. Sales role: \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs \xc2\xb7 Analyse reports and customer surveys; prepares budgets and forecasts for the coming year \xc2\xb7 Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media \xc2\xb7 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data \xc2\xb7 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences 1.7 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections \xc2\xb7 Gather feedback from customers or prospects General: \xc2\xb7 To generate sales reports. \xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time Emergency Situation: \xc2\xb7 To attend to any emergency calls when contacted and notify the Management at the earliest opportunity, upon resolving the problem. REQUIREMENTS: \xc2\xb7 Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of customer service/sales experience \xc2\xb7 Candidates should possess good communication and language skills \xc2\xb7 Always be properly attired and be presentable when on duty. Avoid sloppiness.
