Job Description
This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
- Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter
- Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks.
- Promote Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities.
- Assist in voucher sales, mail redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
- Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and Great Reward loyalty program as required
- Ensure counter stocks and inventories tally in the CRM
- Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE N Level qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
- Possess a positive attitude, pleasant disposition and is a team player
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
- Required to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
