Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities.
- Manage job file creation, costing and other data entries
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
- Handle and resolving disputes with client/agent
- Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files
- Any customer service experience can apply
- Training will be provided
