This role involves managing the daily operations of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), handling routine customer feedback, and assisting Members of the Public (MOP) with various applications and e-service issues.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Centre Management:Manage the daily operations of the CSC to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Operations Planning and Development:Plan and develop the operations, standard operating procedures, and improvements for the CSC to enhance customer service and streamline processes.Routine Feedback Management:Address customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Members of the Public (MOP) Support:Assist building professionals and MOP with their submission of building plans, fire safety plans, mechanical ventilation plans, fire engineered design briefs, and shelter waiver requests.E-Service Assistance:Assist MOP with any e-service issues they encounter, providing guidance and support for smooth navigation and usage of SCDF\'s electronic services.Plan Search Records Assistance:Assist MOP with Plan Search records purchase by Owners/Tenants from Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Education, and other property types.Qualifications and Skills:
