Job Responsibilities:

Master strong professional knowledge, control customer needs and emotions, and provide them with high-quality professional services;

Answers to questions raised by customers should be polite, enthusiastic and prompt, with clear voice, equal treatment of customers, and patience and meticulousness;

Familiar with and master business knowledge, as well as various business operation skills and related business processes, and report the abnormal operation of machines and equipment in a timely manner;

At the same time when changing shifts, focus on key situations to ensure the accuracy and continuity of work

It is necessary to care about the collective, strive to complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, and abide by all the rules and regulations of the company.

Job Requirements:

College degree, Ability to listening, speak, read and write in Chinese.

Chinese typing speed above 40 words per minute;

Have a certain basic computer application, good communication skills;

Familiar with the business model of sales or customer service, relevant experience is preferred;

Obey the company\'s arrangements, conscientiously implement the company\'s rules and regulations, and maintain a good working attitude;
