Brief Summary * Basic $2,500 - $3,800 (Depends on Experience) * 5.5 Days work week * Company Transport: Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT * AWS + Perfo Brief Summary Basic $2,500 - $3,800 (Depends on Experience) 5.5 Days work week Company Transport: Yishun, Admiralty, AMK, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Pasir Ris MRT AWS + Performance Bonus + Quarterly Incentives Working Location: Changi, East Job Responsibilities Promptly handle customer enquiries Booking of flights with airlines Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates Co-ordinate with import and export operations , to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing Liaise & co-ordinate with airlines / customers / suppliers, to ensure smooth delivery of shipments Troubleshoot shipment issues Execute airway bills Handle both air import/export Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent At least 2-4 years of experience in Airfreight with exposure to Customer Service Proficient in MS Office applications For consideration, kindly submit your CV by clicking 'APPLY NOW' or WhatsApp +65 9759 6862 for confidential discussion. .Only shortlisted candidates would be notified..
