Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage leads
- Identify and assess customer's needs
- Set appointments from leads generated
- Ensure show ups to outlets
- Arrange customer's appointment slots
- Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMS
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal targets and call handling quotas
- Generation of daily reports
- Liaise with Branch Managers on turn ups
- Handling of inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
- Pleasing and service oriented
- Previous similar experience in beauty industry will be an added advantage
- Minimum N level and above
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to handle of inquiries, complaints and feedback from customers
