We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative - Parts to join our team in Tuas South, Singapore / Hybrid role but in probation period it will be Onsite.

Multiple Openings.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.
• Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Assisting with parts interpretation and the provision of required parts.
• Advise on part suitability and talk your customers through the best solution for the job.
• Orders and quotes will be received and processed in a timely manner.
• Answer Parts related enquiries from customer calls and emails.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience Diploma/Degree in related field preferred.
• 2 years of relevant customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field
• Demonstrates effective and efficient use of individual and organizational time to achieve key businessobjectives.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctionsregulations. Team focused and passionate about customer support.
• Attention to detail: Accurate data entry skills Fast typing speed with accuracy, extreme attention todetail.
• Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced standard of computer skills with the ability to use office applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications and the ability to gain knowledge in using order processing and analytics systems.- Require advance soft skills [ fast typing, MS office]
• Excellent email and phone communication and Customer service experience
