First point of contact for customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, fax or others . Provide efficient and quality answer to enquiries using systems and working cross-functionally . Issue quotations to Channel partners & End customers based on proper pricing strategy applied to local business . Support to apply for customer master data and new material code . Entry of order in SAP system, liaise with sales team and others to ensure order fulfillment . Work with GMO/planner/warehouse to obtain order availability date and confirm with sales/Customer . Follow up closely on order status, provide update to sales/customer of changes till products are delivered to customers . Coordinate with sales, finance or other functions to release constrains or block of order fulfillment in timely manner . Filling contract/PO/approval email internal in properly way in shared folder, receiving internal or external audit. . Arrange backlog review, order intake summary, order status review and prepare daily track activity Requirements: . Associate's degree or equivalent or technical school . 1 to 2 years relevant experience and/or training . Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage priorities amidst diverse volume of work with high frequency of change . Attention to detail, professional, self-starter, logical and able to handle confidential documentations . Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes preferred . Interest and able to develop proficiency in new programs . Good written and spoken English. Ability to communication in Korean highly advantageous . SAP ERP SD experience preferred Work Arrangements: - Work location: Pioneer Crescent, transport available from Jurong East MRT or Boon Lay MRT - 9 months contract - Hybrid work arrangement, benefits available, completion bonus
