Customer Service Representative (contract)

Job Description
:
- Oversee the order-to-cash process.
- Process orders using SAP.
- Support sales in designated countries.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Address customer complaints.
- Handle sample requests.
- Manage customer profiles and trade restrictions.
- Collaborate with HQ, Sales, SCM, Accounts Receivables, Credit, and Legal on credit and logistics.
- 3-5 years in an MNC environment.
- Knowledge of logistics and export documentation (Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills).
- Experience with ASIA import shipments preferred.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Team player, independent, and proactive.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge of financing, credit management, and global trade services is a plus.
