QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willing to start immediately
  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Must not have conflict of interest such as: Plans to study/enrolled or Plans to go abroad
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, multitasking and computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per monthBenefits:
