Job Description


  • Shipping Documentation
  • Letter Of Credit / LC Exp
  • Trading Industry Exp Advantageous
Job Scope:
  • Prepare import / export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration, etc
  • Monthly reporting
  • Coordinate and liaison with suppliers, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
  • Prepare Sales and Purchase contracts
  • Provide admin support to the department
Requirements:
  • Possess minimum 1 year of experience in Letter Of Credit / LC & Shipping Documentation
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
