We are expanding!

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Singapore team and will report to the Customer Service Manager. He / She will play an instrumental role in ensuring timely and reliable deliveries while providing outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information about our courier services, rates, delivery times, and tracking options.
  • Assist customers in booking, address changes, delivery instructions etc.
  • Day to day tracking of shipments and provide real-time updates on delivery status.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and service desk, and face to face if necessary.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, or delivery-related issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of shipments with internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Generate shipment status reports and provide customers with delivery confirmations as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery delays, damaged packages, lost items, and other shipment-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate management levels when necessary.
  • Prepare reports when required, comfortability using MS Excel is a must.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and courier drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
  • Provide feedback to the team and suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer and office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with courier industry regulations and shipping documentation is an added advantage.
  • 5.5 days; 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
