About Our Client

Our Client is a global leader in manufacturing precision parts and components as well as systems in technology. With their ever-expanding global portfolio of comprehensive operational and consulting expertise, they aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally of which they are seeking for a Customer Service Representative to be based at their HQ in Singapore.


You will be reporting to the Manager directly. The majority of your responsibilities will include providing support in the APAC market and acting as the point of contact between Sales and Production team.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing enquiries from customers and tenders for products and services on a daily basis
  • Responsible for the preparation of quotations/tender documents
  • Achieving smooth production schedules by sourcing materials for job-related ancillaries
  • Reviewing of contracts and managing outstanding demands from customers by coordinating on time delivery with the production team
  • To maintain and prepare all materials for presentation such as information of products
  • Ensure that the company generates revenue and maintains customer relations
  • Incorporate HSE policies, objectives, and procedures into the daily work activities and behavior, as well as ensure compliance with applicable local law

The Successful Applicant

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Material or related disciplines with some years of experience within the industry. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to solve problems and explore opportunities for constant improvement. You must possess strong analytical, planning and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work efficiently and proactively. Knowledge in product and quality will be an added advantage.
