Job Description
9 Months Contract
Office Location: EastThe Client
- MNC Bank
- Assist Clients at Client Centre with Digital Banking Functionalities
- Assist with testing with Frontliners with Digital Banking Functionalities
- Assist to attend to queries from DB from Frontliners (RMs + ARMs)
- Submit periodical reports on digital que2300ries and feedback
- Execute Branch Digital Programs
- Shuffle between Changi Business Park & Asia Square
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good interpersonal Skills, Flair of communicating with clients - People person
- No experience candidates are welcome!
Contract length: 9 monthsPay: $2,200.00 - $2,300.00 per monthSchedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
