Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Tanglin Dental Surgeon.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers via whatsapp, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving their inquiries effectively.
Role
- Assist customers in resolving any inquiries online via whatsapp, messages, phone, or email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about dental treatment and their pricing.
- Collaborate with clinic operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a diploma in business or any related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset. Previous customer service experience is a bonus!
