To handle customer care operations and provide support to the Sales team and to ensure and exceed customer satisfaction in the most efficient and cost-effective way for the Singapore Direct and support SEA /ANZ region.
Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer orders, requests, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
Respond to customers in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner by proactively providing updates and follow-ups through constant communications.
Resolve customer issues independently and in an efficient manner.
Ensure accurately and efficiently processing of customer orders in Oracle Cloud System including Order Acknowledgment to customers within 24hours.
Process purchase orders to suppliers and liaise with forwarder including consolidation shipment till goods receipt.
Work with supply chain partners and third-party providers to ensure smooth end to end delivery.
Collaborate with the team and internal partners to manage local inventories and deliveries including stock-take.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
A level and above
Min 3 years of relevant working experience
Prior experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain and Logistics
Good interpersonal skills
Independent, proactive, positive thinker and fast learner
Strong client-facing and communication skills
