Job Description

You shall be responsible for:

  • Guidance and attention to the student for the correct use of the Virtual Classroom, information systems, and virtual tools
  • Helping them identify their learning styles. To encourage the student's independence for them to become self-managers of their learning
  • To contain students with low performance and support them with approval strategies
  • To promote study habits in students, as well as strategies to generate meaningful learning
  • Promptly follow up on high-risk students
  • Follow up on the agreements generated
  • Identify student problems, in terms of academic, socioeconomic, health, family, among others, and offer alternative solutions to avoid dropout
  • Review the academic progress (subjects) of the students
  • Periodic communication and follow-up with the students, by different methods to motivate, guide, and reinforce their academic performance and professional training
  • Support, attention, and counseling in administrative, financial, and school processes to our students.
  • Support requests (tickets) for the resolution of cases
  • Time and activity planning through the work schedule and comms channels software.
  • Immediately implement and execute contact and follow-up recommendations requested by the supervisor to improve performance

You should have/be:
  • At least 1-3 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting
  • At least 6 months of experience in the area of academic support
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively the student are recorded)
  • Handling, safeguarding, and protection of sensitive data
