You should have/be:
At least 1-3 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting
At least 6 months of experience in the area of academic support
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively the student are recorded)
