Responsibilities
- Engage with customers professionally to promote and sell flight simulator packages and related merchandise. * Handle enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and courteously. * Assist customers with bookings, check-ins, and overall experience coordination. * Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract new customers. * Provide administrative and reporting support to the management team. * Represent the company positively through professional conduct, language, and presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for aviation and customer engagement. * Service-oriented with a cheerful and proactive attitude. * Able to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an advantage. * Interest in aviation or flight simulation will be a strong plus.
