Job Responsibilities: Provides office and administrative support. Manage incoming and outgoing calls Support Service Operations Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Create or open RMA cases for customers Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service Providing advice on repair services and updates Answering customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service. Ensuring cleanliness in the Service Centre counters. Generating reports as required by Management Perform adhere tasks as required by Management
Requirements: GCE O Level and above 2- 3 years working experience in Customer Service
