Job Description
The Opportunity:Our client is a leading provider in the scientific and medical equipment industry, operating in 7 countries across APAC region, and we are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support to join their business. The successful incumbent will support the sales and marketing team on daily sales support and order processing activities while assisting in various customer inquiries.
- Permanent opportunity
- Work location: Central region
- Work hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Salary: Up to $4,500/month + VB
- Provide administrative and marketing support to Sales & Marketing divisions, including preparing quotations, following up on sales orders, and managing tender preparations.
- Generate reports, maintain the database, and help build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle customer-facing tasks, process orders, arrange deliveries, and prepare documents for the sales team.
- Prior experience/education relating to Science or Medical background
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP/SAGE will be an added advantage
- Must be comfortable to work in a customer-facing environment
