Attest to the accuracy of the day-to-day incoming receiving and delivery transactions.
Maintains records and reports on performance on a regular basis. Ensure all documents for Product movement are properly accounted and communicated with clients, truckers and warehouse.
To provide recommendations on delivery schedules, to improve receiving and dispatching processes based on delivery prioritization.
To assist and communicate product inventory versus delivery schedules and allocation with all branches/store and client.
Assist on master data needed for creation of business review reports with client such as total branch delivery per month, total sku, total volume, total DR, irregularity report, incident, etc.
To be assigned as key contact person in-terms of product status, delivery schedule and to escalate all issues and concerns in related to store/branch delivery.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year Business course.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in warehousing or similar logistics operations.
Proficient in oral and written communications as customer service.
Excellent MS Excel skills
With good interpersonal skills
Keen and accurate on details
